Our venue is designed with versatility in mind, offering the perfect setting for events of every scale.

External catering is permitted at our venue. All caterers must be certified, provide appropriate paperwork, and hire our on-site catering kitchen. This ensures compliance with safety regulations while giving you the flexibility to tailor your menu to your event’s needs.
Our venue offers a variety of convenient parking options for your guests. We have our own on-site car park with 50 spaces, along with free on-street parking nearby. For larger events, there are also two spacious car parks within walking distance. Plus, our location is outside the Clean Air Zone, making access even easier.
For overnight stays, there are two budget-friendly hotels within walking distance, providing convenient accommodation for your guests.
We offer flexible hire options to suit events of all sizes and styles. Our dry hire hourly rate provides full access to the space, giving you the freedom to design your event exactly as you envision.
For a more tailored experience, our bespoke packages include additional services such as AV equipment, furniture, catering support, and event assistance – ensuring your occasion runs smoothly.
You can access the venue from 8:00 AM, giving you plenty of time to set up and make the space your own.
Events can run until 11:00 PM.
We have a strict alcohol policy to ensure safety and compliance. Only wine, beer, and prosecco are permitted—spirits are not allowed. As we are not a licensed venue, if you plan to sell alcohol or include it in a ticketed event, you will need to apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) via the UK government website and provide proof of approval before your event.
If alcohol is being given away for free, a TEN is not required. Depending on the quantity you bring, a corkage fee may apply to cover storage, disposal, and glassware hire.
